Join us and learn the skills you need for transformation

Are your clients intellectually insightful, but still stuck? Do they understand why they feel the way they do, yet struggle to change how their bodies respond to stress, trauma, or relational unease?  Lasting change doesn’t begin with cognition alone. It begins with tuning into the body’s internal landscape. This immersive workshop brings together interoception and Polyvagal Theory to help clinicians understand and work directly with the nervous system processes that underlie emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and felt safety.  Many therapeutic approaches unintentionally bypass the body’s internal signals, leaving clients overwhelmed, disconnected, or dysregulated, despite insight and motivation.  Polyvagal Theory offers a map of the autonomic nervous system and its role in safety, connection, and defense. Interoception, the ability to sense and interpret internal bodily signals, provides the pathway through which this map becomes experientially meaningful and clinically actionable.  Together, these frameworks allow clinicians to identify psychophysiological states in real time, track subtle internal cues before escalation or shutdown, and support clients in developing embodied self-regulation rather than relying on top-down control.

What You'll Learn

Understand the relationship between autonomic states and interoceptive awareness

Recognize how disrupted or misinterpreted interoception contributes to anxiety, trauma, dissociation, and somatic symptoms

Help clients safely reconnect with physiological sensations without overwhelm

Use interoceptive tracking to support emotional regulation, connection, and relational ease
